The International Labour Organisation (ILO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) offers guidance for preparing workplaces for COVID-19. They both focus on employees and the employer. The ILO developed a guide for employers for preventing the spread of COVID-19 infections at the workplace. In this guide, topics such as hygiene, transport from home to work, actions inside the workplace and mental health are discussed.
The CDC gives per specific occupation advice on preventing the spread of COVID-19 at work. For each workplace they provide information among other things about key points, specific risk factors are identified and they provide tools for a COVID-19 assessment and control plan. Furthermore, both websites also offer general information about the COVID-19 pandemic.
