An extensive book review has been published (January 2017) in the Asia Pacific Family Medicine journal, on a Manual published in India on Basic Occupational Health Services (Parekh and Moti, eds.). The main target group is primary health care professionals. Industries where many informal workers are working are described on the main risks at work and subsequent occupational diseases and accidents. The review authors are Frank van Dijk and Peter Buijs (LDOH, VUmc Amsterdam). The publication is a free downloadable Open Access article.
