LDOH staff has written a report in 2024 on how two versions of a framework of themes on BOHS were developed. This report has been re-edited in 2025.
The report clarifies the development of themes and topics needed to facilitate searching in the comprehensive second edition of the Repository of publications on BOHS with more than 360 records of publications (December 2025). The second edition of the repository is free downloadable from this website, visit the web shop.
A similar framework of themes developed by WHO for primary health care in 2020, has been used in this effort. The framework of 11 themes on BOHS has been supplemented, later, by a list of 61 topics to support more detailed searches in the repository.
